He and a group of men arrived to Versailles under the guise of silk and spice traders. King Louis was not easily fooled by them, so he asked for the Ottoman support in invading Austria in exchange for some trade routes. Though Louis would support an idea of seeing Emperor Leopold lose his land, he didn't like the idea of helping a Muslim nation invade a Christian nation, even though the trade routes were considered an offer he could not refuse.
